The location was totally lit, with the beach right in our backyard, perfect for epic activities like windsurfing and fishing. The place was clean, modern, and had all the vibes. The hosts were mad friendly and hooked us up with everything we needed. And let's not forget the sick nightlife nearby, with awesome bars and clubs for maximum fun! We're already planning our next trip!

If we had to nitpick, we'd say a DJ at the Studios' chill-out area would have taken the party to the next level. Just a suggestion for some extra lit times!

One of the restaurants, Riverside Cafe, was within walking distance to the apartment. A bus stop was near to the property...

Terrace was a place to relax. If you want to have a wonderful dinner, try kastri restaurant taverna, situated adjacent to the apartment

Mind-blowing location just steps away from a jaw-dropping beach. Superb staff, especially Xenia, who was hilariously helpful. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Great internet and kitchen amenities. Area full of adorable kittens. Unbeatable view from the balcony. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Super friendly host and village atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

Located by the sea, the hotel has fantastic views over the bay of Kefalos with beautiful sunshine. Offering easy access to other locations of the island. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are good and access to the internet through the room is pretty quick.The price is very good for the facilities it offers to the customers. I would strongly suggest the hotel to those who want to make a relaxing holidays by the sea. Its ideal for surfers!!

The hotel is located right on the beach. There is great accses to warious water sports (wind surfing and kiting). Super market, restaurants, rental services and and night life are all in about 100-200m distance. And yet it is still peaceful.

The studio at Irene was absolutely perfect for our family. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook meals and the fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the hot weather. We slept comfortably every night. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breathtaking view of Kefalos Bay and Kastri Island. The free WiFi in the apartment was a great bonus, especially for keeping our kids entertained. The LED TV with digital channels was a nice touch for relaxing evenings in.

Personally, I found the fan in the room to be a bit noisy. However, I understand that others may find it helpful for cooling down the room.

Excellent location and value for money. Right behind beach next to windsurf school and across street from supermarket plus very close to some lovely restaurants. Great for a cheap week with friendly low key resort all within walking distance. Oh and Nick from kastri who run place can't do enough for you, always on hand for assistance.

Basic but does have all your needs, apart from maybe a fan as no a/c. A little road noise if you leave windows open on night to get a breeze in but nothing too major.

Grab a bite from the convenience store, enjoy fishing in the garden, and entertain yourself with water sports. The apartments have all the necessary amenities. Lovely terrace and garden views.

Oh, and let's not forget the privilege of being located right on the beach. What a terrible inconvenience!

Very basic accommodation, but clean and in an ideal location, on the best part of the beach, within 50m of several restaurants, supermarket, car rental, tour operator, windsurfing, bus stop, etc., and walking distance to ruins and Kefalos port.

Itsn't very confortable studios and miserably clean.......!!!!!!!!!

Nothing all excellent.

30 metres from the beach, and a nice view from the porch. A excellent place to have your morning coffee. Also supermarked and nice tavernas across the road.

Maybee a little noicy from the traffic during nighttime.

Wonderful view to Kastri island (as promised in conditions). The beach was only 50 metres away. Soap, shampoo were provided. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. It was interesting to meet him and have a chat.
